Regarding the collection of live placenta, which is the raw material for placenta, CHARITES LABo has established its own safe base and maintains a system that allows for stable procurement.

When harvesting a live placenta, we use materials that do not impair the activity of the placenta, such as the umbilical cord, which contains many growth factors such as EGF (epidermal growth factor) and FGF (fibroblast growth factor), which are ingredients that are said to be useful for beauty and health. Therefore, we provide thorough guidance to our domestic and overseas staff and contract ranchers to ensure that hygiene management and freshness are our top priority.

The frozen live placentas brought in are thawed, inspected, sorted, and cleaned one by one by hand. This operation is one of the important operations in producing high-quality placenta raw materials. After that, we use a special cleaning machine (in-house confidential) to remove germs.

3. Protein enzymatic degradation

This is an important process for producing high-quality placenta raw materials from placenta. Proteins are broken down using several types of proteolytic enzymes formulated using our proprietary formula, and amino acids (20 types) are extracted. At the same time, by applying vibrational energy developed by our company, it is possible to create an environment that improves the function of enzymes. This greatly improves the efficiency of protein decomposition, and by shortening the heating time, it is possible to dramatically reduce the occurrence of the unique placenta odor.
This extraction method is our proprietary technology and can be called an innovative technology that removes placenta odor from its roots.

4. Clean bench for filling placenta stock solution (filtration sterilization)

After enzymatic decomposition, the placenta stock solution is sterilized by removing impurities using a special 0.50 micron filter. Filtration sterilization is an operation that filters and removes minute substances such as yeast and bacteria. Used to sterilize vitamins, sugars, serum, etc. that are easily denatured by heat.

The placenta stock solution is repeatedly frozen, thawed, and frozen to remove further impurities.

6. Ultra-high pressure extraction

Performs ultra-high pressure extraction. This is our unique revolutionary system that extracts raw materials (particles) pressurized to an ultra-high pressure of 240 MPs (megapascals) by colliding them obliquely at a relative speed of Mach 4 to atomize and odorize them. This treatment has a significant effect on particle size reduction and odor reduction, and also makes it possible to use highly concentrated raw materials in foods, cosmetics, etc. without diluting them.
